Panemorfi reserves the right to request further photographic and process evidence to verify a faulty items should a refund be requested due to fault. Failure to provide requested information will result in Panemorfi rejecting your refund claim. Once Panemorfi receives your returned item and deem it to be in an acceptable condition (unless faulty), we will happily refund or exchange it.
